This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and focus on client care from a comfortable setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients to explore personal challenges, developing coping strategies, and promoting mental well-being.

• Providing couples therapy to enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships through tailored interventions.

• Working collaboratively with families to address and resolve dynamics that may hinder effective communication and relationship-building.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders, ensuring timely and appropriate referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care, coordinating case consultations as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus is also available.
