You will conduct sessions through a user-friendly online platform designed specifically for teletherapy, facilitating video and text interactions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Support clients in articulating their emotions and experiences, guiding them through self-reflection and personal growth.

• Assist clients in establishing and achieving their therapeutic goals, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and preferences.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery and proactively develop, implement, and monitor effective strategies for overcoming these challenges.

• Advise clients on healthy coping mechanisms and skill-building exercises to foster resilience and emotional well-being.

• Track and evaluate client progress throughout their treatment plans, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with stable adults who are seeking emotional support through telehealth. Our platform screens clients prior to engagement, ensuring they are appropriate for remote work, which allows you to focus on providing high-quality therapeutic interventions without the distractions of dealing with high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist
\n
• Licensed Psychoanalyst
\n

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted. Candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

• Strong communication skills, combining both active listening and the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.

• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with virtual communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings is preferred, although not mandatory.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and an ability to incorporate contemporary techniques into therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
