Human Resources Supervisor

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations, employee relations, talent initiatives, and colleague engagement while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. A little of your day-to-day: Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and colleague engagement initiatives. Ensure HR records, employee files, and documentation are accurate, confidential, and up to date. Coordinate employee relations activities and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and IHG standards. Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning and staffing requirements. Coordinate training programs, colleague recognition activities, and employee engagement events. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data to support business and people decisions. Assist with performance management processes and other people development initiatives. What We Need From You Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture through daily HR support. 2-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and workplace investigations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to conduct fair, confidential, and objective employee investigations and resolve workplace issues professionally. Proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented with a passion for creating a positive colleague experience. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
