Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via video conferencing to support adults facing emotional and psychological struggles.

• Perform initial screenings of clients to determine their suitability for therapy, ensuring they are stable individuals with manageable acuity levels.

• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, laying the groundwork for personal insight and growth.

• Assess, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans for emotional disorders including but not limited to anxiety, grief, stress, and depression.

• Monitor client progress through structured treatment plans, reviewing and adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed and teaching effective coping strategies.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote client well-being and continuity of care.

• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation promptly and confidentially, using our integrated counseling management software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure is required – LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• Strong technological literacy to effectively utilize our counseling platform and maintain accurate client documentation.

• Demonstrated professional evaluation and treatment planning skills, with the ability to implement effective interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and strong verbal communication abilities tailored to diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly preferred.

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of culturally-sensitive practices in therapy.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive annual salary that ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
