- Job Title: Receptionist
- Job Status: Per Diem
- Schedule:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed.
- Handles coding and submitting bills and invoices to the AR department.
- Supports the administrative team with duties as assigned.
- One (1) year experience in an office setting and or switchboard (required)
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and usage (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification (preferred)
