Adobe is seeking aSenior GTMProgram Managerto join the Document Cloud Business Operations& Program Managementteam. This team drives thought leadership, planning, decision, and execution processes for the Document Product Group in partnership with a broad set of partner organizations (Product Marketing, Product Management, Go to Market,Design,Product-led Growth, Finance,corporate marketing, and more).

This highly visible role will partner cross-functionally to drive the successful delivery of ourkey marketing moments and business strategies ensuring successful execution. The ideal candidate loves to solve problems, is adept at building relationships in a highly matrixedenvironment, andthrives at the center of the action tackling problems without hesitation.

WhatYou'llDo

• Work with leaders and cross-functional teams to solve issues, provide insights, and recommendations to support decision-making, and build aligned plans on pivotal initiatives

• Drive multiple, simultaneous, complex,strategicand operational priorities / workstreams,frequentlymanaging large stakeholder groups

• Oversee theend-to-endrelease of our key marketing moments, building the workback plansand keeping teams accountable to key milestones ensuring seamless delivery

• Partner across the product group with PMM, corporate marketing, product,design,pricing, PLG, and more to align multiple leaders on key topics

• Identifystrategic and operational improvements to improve the business including creating and refining processes to improve efficiency & simplify workflows

• Ensurecontributing teamsareunblocked by rapidly moving to resolve any issues that have the potential toimpactthe overall schedule.

• Maintain the Adobe Roadmap as a source of truth for all releasesandensure we have aunified schedule for majormarketing moments

• Leverage business knowledge toconnect the dots and supportbusiness decisions, translating ambiguous topics into compelling, easy to understand narratives

• Effectively engage and influence people at all organizational levels, communicating continuously to partner teams, stakeholders, and executives

• Maintain a deep end-to-end understanding of the teams and processes involved in marketing and monetizing the GenAI features and ensure the Go-to-Market is seamlesslysync'dwith product release

• Drive special projects / initiatives on behalf of the leadership team

• Regularly inspect what is going well and what is notin order toadapt the process

What you need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience inprogram management, business operations, ora related field. Management consulting experience a plus

• Demonstrated experience working on complex cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations

• Strong problem-solving skills.You'recomfortable with ambiguity and capable of applying structured, logical approaches to "blank sheet" projects

• Self-motivation and a clear bias for action with the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• The ability to build strong relationships.We'reable to effectively engage and influence people at all organizational levels, building coalitions and communicating continuouslytopartner teams, collaborators, and executives.

• Adaptability and a desire to roll up your sleeves to get things done. We color outside the lines and are willing to help the team with whatever is necessary to drive progress

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $146,500 - $212,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
