Providing executive leadership and strategic direction, the full-time Regional Vice President will manage financial performance, operational success, and client relationships within a designated territory, ensuring exceptional service and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Own the financial performance and operational success of hospitality and food service operations within the assigned territory Lead client business reviews to foster strong partnerships and drive client satisfaction and retention Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve growth and enhance the company's market position Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management, with at least 5 years at a senior regional or executive level Demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong leadership pipelines Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Austin, San Antonio, or Tampa markets
