Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on individuals aged 9 through adulthood. You will apply your skills to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your impact will be direct, as you work with clients in need of therapeutic support in a comfortable telehealth setting that promotes trust and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Ability to maintain professional liability insurance coverage as per organizational standards.

• Competence in using telehealth technology for therapy sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to applicants with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly those familiar with therapeutic and preventative techniques. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, based on licensure and an expected client load.
