As a Physical Therapist, your role will involve a range of fulfilling responsibilities, including evaluating patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments while designing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. State licensure as a Physical Therapist is a must, with CPR certification preferred. To thrive in this role, previous experience is highly desired and a sound understanding of how to treat patients with complex medical and mobility challenges is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team context are vital. Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation systems will also be necessary.
