Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, utilizing tailored therapeutic interventions to meet specific needs across different age groups.

• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and record-keeping for all clients through our electronic medical records system, in adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Leverage our billing service for efficient claims processing, encompassing insurance verification and benefit checks, thus reducing administrative burdens on therapists.

• Maintain an organized scheduling system, ensuring that ongoing appointments are effectively managed and that calendars are constantly updated.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client’s mental health status and potential clinical presentations, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our detox center, you will work closely with clients who are often in vulnerable stages of recovery. Our approach emphasizes a compassionate understanding of each individual's journey, recognizing the diverse social, cultural, and psychological factors that contribute to their experiences. You will utilize your expertise to nurture therapeutic rapport and empower clients towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in Arizona, demonstrating eligibility for independent clinical practice.

• Strong professional boundaries, remarkable cultural competence, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivation and a genuine commitment to professional development, including engagement in continued education opportunities.

• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week.

• Preference for candidates with direct experience working in detox, substance abuse treatment, or related mental health settings.
