Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individual caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss treatment goals, and make informed decisions concerning discharge as applicable.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to comply with regulatory requirements and support client care.
\n
• Perform intake assessments and evaluations for new clients, gathering relevant history and identifying their unique mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Additionally, you will engage with children and families who may face behavioral issues, emotional distress, or significant life transitions. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using technology tools, including Excel spreadsheets, electronic health record systems, and other relevant software platforms such as RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic interventions and modalities to address complex mental health issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches in therapy.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
