Closet Factory has been a leader in custom home organization for over 40 years. We design and install personalized storage solutions that transform homes and lives. Due to an overwhelming number of leads, we’re expanding our sales team in the Houston area.

What You’ll Do

Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and present custom cabinet solutions
Close sales and provide excellent customer service
Build a referral-based business through strong relationships and follow-up
Manage appointments and client communications using our CRM tools

Who We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals
Energetic, self-motivated, and coachable
Comfortable working independently and in clients’ homes
Organized and tech-savvy
Available for evening and weekend appointments across the Greater Houston area
Successful team members take ownership of their learning and development, using available resources and training to grow their skills

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role . Your income is directly tied to your effort, engagement, and ability to close deals. We provide the tools, training, and leads—you bring the drive.
