Auto Finance Center is a fast-growing Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealership looking for motivated, money-driven salespeople who want to earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month .
If you’re tired of slow dealerships, weak traffic, or capped commissions — this is your opportunity to sell, close, and get paid.
What You’ll Do
- Work fresh leads and walk-in customers daily
- Follow up with leads quickly — speed is critical
- Make outbound calls (minimum 25+ calls per day )
- Post vehicles daily on Facebook Marketplace and online platforms
- Help customers get approved through in-house (BHPH) financing
- Close deals and get customers driving off the lot the same day
Compensation (Uncapped Earnings)
- 10% of down payment (UNCAPPED)
- $75 base per deal
- $25 GAP bonus
- $50–$60 warranty bonus
- $25 per customer review + photo
Top performers earn: $5,000–$10,000+ per month

- Sales experience preferred ( auto sales is a plus )
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong work ethic and high energy
- Comfortable making calls and handling objections
