Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify their mental health concerns, symptoms, and personal goals.

• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adjusting strategies according to clients' needs.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other relevant modalities, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Maryland.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years' experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience providing therapy to couples and families.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous for efficient documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Additionally, you can utilize the platform's services free of charge for personal therapy, as long as you remain an active counselor.
