This role offers a clean, team-oriented environment, opportunities for continuous improvement projects, and long-term career growth.ScheduleMonday-Friday7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime availableWhat You'll DoPerform incoming and receiving inspections on manufactured components and materialsUtilize microscopes, calipers, micrometers, Microvues, and CMM equipment to verify product specificationsInspect PCBAs, solder joints, and electronic assemblies for quality and conformanceReview travelers, drawings, and conformance reportsDocument inspection results in Smartsheet, Excel, and quality management systemsIdentify and disposition non-conforming materialsSupport continuous improvement and quality initiativesQualificationsRequired:2+ years of quality inspection experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environmentExperience using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection fixturesAbility to identify and document non-conformancesExperience working with quality systems and inspection documentationPreferred:PCBA inspection experienceIPC-A-610 and/or IPC-620 certification (current or previous)Experience with CMM and Microvue equipmentWhy You Should Work HereMedium/large sized company with just over 500 people now, everyone's role impacts the company and their customers, fun/work hard environment- they do a company trip to the State Fair, cook outs, company kick ball games, happy hours and they have an indoor basketball court where they play basketball and floor hockey, etc. Really clean, nice environment.
