What You'll Do:

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff
• Support patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Document care using Epic EMR to ensure coordinated, connected care
• Support multidisciplinary care in a hospital setting with inpatient collaboration as needed
• Provide patient education and assist with clinical procedures specific to hematology/oncology
• Support clinical trial participation when applicable

What You Need:

• Minnesota license as PA or APP
• Board certification in your respective field
• Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
