Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices and are responsive to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical records, including progress notes, according to department policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop cohesive treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.

• Assist clients with discharge planning and care coordination, actively engaging with various providers to ensure seamless access to essential services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on treating individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. We prioritize providing culturally competent and sensitive care to all clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records, word processing, email communications, and spreadsheets.

• Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of working independently while adhering to deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
