Salesforce Tech Lead

Salary: $166,000 - 206,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• We are looking for 10+ years of software development experience.
• We need experience leading engineering teams through delivery.
• We are seeking candidates with experience as a technical lead, team lead, or in a comparable leadership role.
• We value practical knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
• We require deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud with hands-on coding capability.
• We need experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• We require experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and Salesforce security.
• We are looking for experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
• Salesforce certifications are required.
• We need someone available to support weekly production releases, including Wednesday night deployments.
• Experience in healthcare technology, life sciences, specialty pharma, or patient access workflows is a plus.

• We lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex and Flows.
• We drive feature execution and delivery by partnering with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
• We work in short release cycles and support feature toggles and continuous integration practices.
• We contribute to solutions built in a microservice architecture and platform-based development environment.
• We improve development processes and help remove blockers that impact delivery.
• We support development work such as coding and feature validation to help the team meet release commitments.
• We coach and mentor leads through both technical and non-technical challenges.
