Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Del Puerto Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating couples counseling and family therapy sessions, nurturing dialogue and resolving conflicts among family members.

• Specializing in areas such as addiction, grief and loss, adjustment issues, and interpersonal violence through targeted interventions.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to promote positive outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes for all client interactions to ensure compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for the position, candidates must possess the following:
