Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling you to connect with clients comfortably from your home while also allowing you the opportunity to meet in person at our designated outpatient office when necessary. Our team operates from Monday through Saturday, providing a comprehensive range of services to accommodate diverse client schedules. This role is designed for professionals who appreciate the balance of structured support and independence in their practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs.

• Providing clinical interventions that adhere to the highest standards of practice, utilizing your expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Documenting treatment plans, ongoing assessments, and progress notes to maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Managing case coordination which involves working closely with community resources, hospitals, and support programs to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s situation.

• Participating in regular meetings for patient rounds and case reviews, contributing your insights and expertise to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve range across diverse backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. This role requires sensitivity to the unique needs of each client and a commitment to fostering a therapeutic rapport that encourages openness and healing.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in a similar setting.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A strong ability to connect with clients and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
