Business Development Rep

Aire Serv

We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented Marketing Specialist to help grow our HVAC business by building relationships with local professionals and creating engaging social media content.

What You'll Do:

Visit 8-12 local businesses daily to build referral relationships
Post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Attend networking groups and community events
Brainstorm and deliver fun promotional ideas
Track referrals and follow up with partners

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication & people skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Creative with social media & content ideas
Comfortable networking and presenting
Basic Microsoft Office skills
