Sigma Inc is looking for a Part Time Filing Clerk to work onsite as a Contractor at client location in Boston, MA
Onsite at our office, in the State Transportation Building, 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA 02116.
7.5 hour days, Tuesdays and Wednesday, for 4 weeks, July 7th - 29th Responsibilities: Temporary Filing Clerk:
- Go through cabinets and log contents in spreadsheet
- Mark each cabinet as complete when finished
- Put a Post-it on items they are unsure about for easy search If time allows:
- Fill boxes with contents to retain
- Good judgement
- Comfort with guided decision making
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lean over and lift up to 30 lbs
