About the Role

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a strong background in leadership, strategy, and organizational management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of California's political landscape, and a strong commitment to community-driven decision-making. While not mandatory, experience in fundraising, grant management, and familiarity with the fossil fuel industry's impacts and policy levers for accountability and clean energy transition are preferred. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization remains a trusted and effective voice for environmental justice, public health, and the clean energy transition, and the Executive Director will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors to report on progress and maintain the organization's fiscal health.
