What You'll Do

• Provide clinical physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with patient and family participation
• Document evaluation findings, treatment progress, and discharge summaries accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members through conferences and meetings
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge procedures
• Assist in supervising and mentoring student and volunteer programs
• Contribute to departmental performance improvement initiatives
• Support community resource connections through appropriate referrals
• Promote professionalism and support a positive patient experience

What You Need

• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to diverse patient needs
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
