Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle client caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preferred candidates will have additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, familiarity with various mental health diagnoses, and prior work in a teletherapy setting. Experience with community-based programs and an understanding of mental health policy in Arizona will also be beneficial.
