Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, counselors will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Exhibit a non-judgmental attitude, empathy, and compassion in interactions with clients.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While candidates with varied levels of experience are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient or private practice setting.
