Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, allowing you the flexibility needed to balance your work and personal life while still engaging meaningfully with clients. You will be part of a supportive network of professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, all dedicated to delivering integrated care in a community health clinic setting. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring regular working hours that respect your time outside of work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, focusing on symptoms of mood disorders.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific goals, needs, and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to encourage positive behavioral changes and coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care techniques to empower them in their healing journey.

• Monitor clients’ progress consistently, ensuring treatment plans are adapted as needed based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to clients' mental health care.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role will be primarily on individuals navigating mood disorders, including teenage and adult populations experiencing anxiety, depression, and other affective challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
