Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, and develop well-informed clinical diagnoses and treatment plans aimed at achieving the desired outcomes.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each client's objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring that they receive appropriate and timely care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, all in compliance with ethical and legal obligations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create cohesive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their wellness journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
