Our client company, a locally-owned manufacturer of outdoors architectural products, is looking to hire an On-Site Installation Foreman to lead its small team of installation technicians. The Installation Foreman is responsible for a small team of construction installers that manage project installations in the greater Miami - Fort Lauderdale area. These projects are relatively small in size and take roughly 5 days per installation. Primary responsibilities include:

• Managing, guiding, and coaching a small team of construction project installers;
• Supervising the installation process from start to finish and ensuring each step is performed correctly;
• Making sure installation instructions are being followed accurately;
• Keeping the customer updated on project process;
• Working with inspectors;
• Operating various heavy equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers;
• Ensuring that the site is cleaned up properly once installation is complete;
• Following up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction;

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience in leading construction crews;
• Ability to operate heavy machinery;
• Experience in pulling equipment trailers;
• Familiarity with basic construction concepts and physics;

Our client company is offering a competitive compensation package as well as a benefits package. This position only works projects in the greater Miami - Fort Lauderdale area, so there is NO overnight travel.
