This experience should include negotiation proficiency and experience successfully trying cases. Leadership potential is available as we continue to expand. We provide a congenial, team-oriented professional work environment with skilled support staff, competitive salary and exceptional benefits.Responsible for handling litigation files from inception, through the entire discovery process, to the conclusion of the file. This will mandate service of pleadings, written discovery, retainment of experts, attendance at depositions, attendance at court and other hearings, and preparation of file for trial. Ability to frequently communicate with others in person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing.Starting Salary: $150,000 - $200,000Schedule: We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4, 8:30–4:30, or 9–5.
