Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Well Power Health Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster peer support, allowing clients to share personal experiences and learn from one another in a safe environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, devising tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are undergoing our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This specialized program incorporates both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to address the multifaceted needs of young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n
