Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy tailored to each client's needs through virtual sessions, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that promotes well-being across all dimensions of the client's life.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development to stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, ideally within a similar or relevant setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, alongside performance bonuses. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits include flexible work schedules, availability of both full-time and part-time positions, and the possibility of in-person engagement where appropriate.
