Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their specific needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay abreast of current trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. You will work with individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing care, aiming to make a meaningful impact in their lives through skillful counseling and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
