Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
