This position is designed for a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Smyrna, Georgia, or anywhere within the state. You will have the flexibility to establish your own schedule, with options for full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time (5+ hours per week) work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video platforms, employing ethical standards at all times.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to create tailored counseling strategies that best meet your clients' needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans to facilitate effective client progress and recovery.

• Engage clients in developing insights into their mental health challenges, fostering self-awareness, and encouraging healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable and low-acuity adults who are seeking support for issues such as anxiety, mild depression, and life transitions. This demographic often benefits significantly from remote counseling services, as they may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license permitting independent practice within your state (specifically, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential).

• A proven track record of providing ethical and compassionate mental health care.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling sessions, including a reliable computer, webcam, and internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, although we provide onboarding and training specific to our systems.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000–104,000 per year, based on working hours and experience.
