Senior Business Development Rep Domestic Freight

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established global logistics company with 20+ years in international freight that has been aggressively building out its domestic division, and it's growing fast.

This is a pure new business role: you'll be targeting U.S. shippers, owning your pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal. No inherited accounts. No account management. Full ownership.

They work in a high-energy, loud, competitive sales floor. This is a team that tracks activity, celebrates wins publicly, and pushes each other. Must-have qualifications:

• 810 years of domestic freight sales experience
• 3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
• Shipper-facing sales, not exclusively carrier-side
• FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
• Proven new logo hunter with strong prospecting cadence
• Senior floor presence mentorship, informal leadership, or lead signals
• Chicago-based candidates encouraged to apply; relocation covered from anywhere

Compensation:

Base: $80,000$120,000

OTE: $150,000$190,000+ (uncapped)
