What You'll Do

• Content production - Ship the recurring content on schedule: the biweekly newsletter, the monthly data report, and the platform change log. This role owns getting each piece out the door on cadence, partnering with a Writer.
• Event execution - Own production of Euclid ****customer-facing events end-to-end, including happy hours, executive dinners, and leadership summits. This will include venue and vendor booking, reservations, attendee outreach, speaker and material prep, day-of logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Multiply the impact of our programming - The best content and events keep paying off long after they ship. You'll see every asset as a starting point, and be proactive about how we get more from it.
• Shape how these programs grow - You're closest to what ships and what lands, so you'll have real input into how each program runs: what forms to try, how to make them stronger, and what's worth repeating.

Who You Are

• 2+ years in an event planning or a Marketing coordination role where you built the hands-on production and logistics chops.
• You've personally produced recurring content on a deadline and shipped it. You've owned a newsletter, report, or similar publication on a set cadence and hit it consistently. What matters here is reliability and getting things out the door, not portfolio prose, since writers write and this role drives to done.
• You've run events hands-on, start to finish including booking venues and vendors, managing RSVPs and logistics, and being in the room running the day-of. You've done this yourself, not overseen a team that did it.
• You care about how an event feels, not just whether it ran. You read the room, catch the details most people miss, and know that the flow of a dinner is what people remember long after it's over.
• You move work forward without being managed. You've operated under a lean or solo leader, or otherwise shown you don't need direction on each step to make progress.
• You coordinate cleanly across writers, SMEs, and vendors; chasing the input you need, setting clear deadlines for other people, and following through without being reminded.
