OFFICE MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Klein Property Management – Manalapan, NJ

Klein Property Management is seeking a full-time Office Manager to support our growing property management company. This position is responsible for office administration, tenant and vendor communications, and assisting our property management team with daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and manage office communications
• Maintain tenant, owner, and vendor records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-up
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and notices
• Assist with board meetings and property management projects
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, owners, and vendors

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of office administration, bookkeeping, or property management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
