About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, CRM & Platforms Lead to spearhead the development and management of a distribution innovation stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM and emerging technologies. This senior role is pivotal in creating and maintaining a strategic roadmap for CRM and other platforms, monitoring system usage, and identifying opportunities for business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training on best practices, building platform-related reporting and analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements. A key aspect of the role is to act as a thought partner to the Head of Sales Enablement and the Distribution COO, with a strong emphasis on usability, adoption, and analytics impact. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B Salesforce administration, with a preference for those with a background in the asset management industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical understanding, including data architecture, and the ability to translate technical issues into business requirements. Experience in integrating marketing automation tools and a range of industry software and tools for sales and marketing is essential. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification, as well as other relevant Salesforce certifications, and a proven track record of effectively leading and managing people. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a commitment to inclusive behaviors, are also necessary for this position.
