Requirements: MIG welding experience preferred. 1+ year of welding experience or formal training. Ability to pass the welding qualification test. Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to follow safety, quality, and company standards. Production/manufacturing setting. Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to perform in a hands-on, fast-paced work environment. Job Duties: Pull and weld parts according to prints and specifications. Perform MIG welding (semi-automatic experience a plus). Ensure products are properly labeled. Follow work instructions and production processes. Maintain quality and safety standards.
