Deeper Strength Counseling Services is actively seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in a fully remote setting. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our practice.

Work Environment\n

This role is designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while still being part of an engaged and collaborative team. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our clients. You'll have access to the necessary digital tools and platforms to ensure seamless communication and coordination with your colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather comprehensive patient histories and understand their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that resonate with patients' cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals, ensuring integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families by sharing valuable information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance your professional skills and stay current with best practices.

• Remain abreast of new research and emerging trends in mental health therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Experience using culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic techniques in both individual and group settings.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software is essential.

• A strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate boundaries with patients.

Preferred Experience\n
