Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat an adult caseload of patients, primarily aged 40-65, averaging approximately three patients per hour.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, documenting findings thoroughly, to create targeted and effective treatment plans specific to each patient's needs.
• Implement an array of interventions including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to promote recovery and enhance functional mobility.
• Utilize the CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for accurate documentation of treatment progress and patient outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes, including case discussions with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review patient progress and share best practices, fostering a learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of our physical therapy practice is on adults, particularly those dealing with orthopedic conditions related to rehabilitation following surgical procedures, sports injuries, or chronic pain. Our clinic's approach is tailored to ensure that our patients not only recover efficiently but also enhance their quality of life, enabling them to return to their daily activities with confidence and strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current license or eligibility to obtain a Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical reasoning abilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, although new graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience working with orthopedic patients will be a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly CureMD, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 yearly, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
