Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing – Marquis Health Consulting Services (Brighton Post Acute) Full‑time opportunity available, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM. Salary: $120 k–$150 k per year. Responsibilities Develop and implement the written staffing plan that reflects the needs of the department. Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team. Work in partnership with the Administrator to ensure quality, person‑centered care. Develop, manage, and evaluate department policies and procedures in accordance with current rules and regulations. Qualifications Must possess a valid, unenforced RN State License. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or another related healthcare setting. Experience in supervision and teaching. Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
