Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from any location. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Key Responsibilities\n

• Receive and manage client referrals using our integrated counseling platform, enhancing reach to underserved populations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, utilizing our secure telehealth solutions for effective communication.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor client progress through consistent virtual sessions, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Verify client insurance coverage to ensure comprehensive and uninterrupted care, facilitating smooth access to required services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many of our clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise and therapeutic relationship will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve positive results.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active LPCC license in California.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth services, including familiarity with digital counseling platforms and video conferencing tools.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.
