Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Engage in continual communication with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient assessments, treatment strategies, and progress through documentation and regular meetings.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community organizations and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per departmental requirements, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and compliance regulations.

• Participate in regular patient rounds and case discussions to foster a collaborative treatment environment.

This position emphasizes working with a diverse range of clients in a school-based setting. Your patients will primarily consist of students navigating academic pressures, social challenges, and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or social work is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
