This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to create your own schedule while fulfilling your therapeutic duties. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you the freedom to choose the hours that best suit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting mental health and facilitating positive outcomes for students:

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their mental health needs.

• Provide timely and tailored intervention strategies, utilizing a range of evidence-based clinical social work techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address specific challenges faced by students.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and collaborative meetings to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s treatment plan.

• Demonstrate expertise in addressing the psychological, social, and safety needs of a diverse client population, providing culturally competent care regardless of age.

• Manage a case load efficiently by coordinating with community resources and mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care to assigned patients.

• Complete all required documentation ethically and in a timely manner, upholding the standards of our practice and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students in an outpatient school setting, offering support and counseling tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this vital role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
