Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while maintaining a school-based focus, serving students of varying ages. You will have the opportunity to create and manage your own schedule within our operational hours, which span from Monday to Saturday. Radiant Mental Health Associates provides in-house credentialing along with comprehensive management of insurance participation and client scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on what they do best—providing care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring an understanding of mental health needs.

• Engage in direct therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through clear and thorough documentation and communication during client rounds.

• Provide comprehensive case management, fostering connections with community resources and agencies to facilitate well-rounded care for clients.

• Adhere to ethical standards and timely completion of documentation as guided by departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students in an outpatient school environment, utilizing strategic interventions that address their mental health needs. The patient demographic ranges from young children to adolescents, with varying backgrounds and challenges such as anxiety, depression, and social issues. Your expertise will empower students to navigate their emotional wellbeing, leading to improved academic performance and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Commitment to maintaining a flexible schedule, with availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
