As a Mental Health Counselor at Empower Care, you will primarily work remotely, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while serving a diverse clientele from the comfort of your own space. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you to align your working hours with the needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for new patients and their families to understand their mental health needs and situation.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist clients in reaching their individual goals.

• Maintaining thorough documentation and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

• Engaging in regular case management tasks, including collaboration with community resources and other professionals to address the holistic needs of patients.

• Ensuring ethical practices and timely completion of documentation as per departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is vital in addressing the psychological, social, and educational needs of these patients, ensuring they receive effective and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• The willingness to work flexibly between 10 to 40 sessions per week, accommodating the needs of your clientele.

While the basic requirements are essential, we prefer candidates with experience in outpatient settings and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is critical for delivering individualized service plans. Compensation and Benefits\n

Empower Care offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, we provide:
