This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while being a crucial part of our outpatient team. Our facility maintains operations from Monday to Saturday, ensuring flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both client needs and your work-life balance. We provide in-house credentialing services, manage insurance participation, and facilitate scheduling to allow you to concentrate fully on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying specific mental health needs and establishing a rapport with clients to promote a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to develop and implement tailored intervention strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities in alignment with client goals.

• Facilitate effective communication with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment planning and coordinated care for patients, participating in regular meetings and documentation processes.

• Manage a caseload of individuals, demonstrating timely and ethical completion of necessary documentation to maintain compliance and quality of care standards.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive support and navigate complex care pathways.

Qualifications\n
