Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Triage care effectively, ensuring timely responses to client needs and interventions through ongoing evaluation.
\n
• Provide targeted psychotherapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in addition to other evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly to maintain high standards of care and comply with regulatory requirements.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with staff to ensure a comprehensive care plan that addresses all facets of the client's well-being.

• Implement case management practices by consulting with external healthcare providers and community professionals to optimize client support.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, community resources, and educational strategies that can further enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on working with adolescents and families within a school-based setting. You will play a crucial role in providing mental health support to students, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to navigate their challenges effectively. Your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing the overall mental wellness of the student population you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with adolescents and families.
\n
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems to facilitate client care.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is essential, additional experience in school settings or working with youth will be greatly valued. Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices, along with a strong understanding of developmental psychology, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid salary, we provide:
